Five races to close out the 2016 Thursday series. Sam and various crews started the night one point behind Dan and Claire in the overall standings,* with Dan unable to race this week. Sam (rushing over from RBBS at StFYC) and Claire (defecting for the last night of the series) managed to win the night, but due to the throwout rules, were not able to change the standings. Sally & Adam and Sarah & Michele were also in contention with two and one bullet respectively, and Robert & Caitlin were building momentum towards the end of the night before an equipment failure forced them to take a DNS in Race 5. Lee & Cameron and Halie & Will rounded out a six-boat fleet. Thanks to Sally and Adam for chili and beer!
