Despite light air and a long Olympic course in Race 4, Ian still managed to get a respectable five races off for the final Super Thursday of the year. Sam and Roisin edged out Dan and Claire by one point, with the results coming down to a very shifty last race. Pete and Christina were also in contention, Lee and Bill had a strong night, Michele and Sarah pulled off a bullet in the longest race of the summer, and the fleet welcomed newcomers Mike and Lynn in the charter boat.
