Let it Blow, Let it Blow, Let it Blow...
Excellent night of racing- the windiest day yet! (At least for those that didn't make it to Tamales Bay!) The heavy boys in the new boat with the new sails #0 rocketed through a fast night of constant planing and accuratly playing the shifts. In CC on a night like that, 375lbs is just about right.
Great night with 18 boats. Even in that breeze, we had some tight roundings, fast starts, and aggressive positioning moves- all of which often ended in a wipeout.
Middle through back of the fleet had a close night as well. With 9-14 being decided by a few points, one great race on any night can jump you up a couple of spots.
