We finished five races this night in beautiful warm weather and moderate, shifty breeze.
Race Committee threw in a little course variety with 3 leg, 4 leg and 5 leg races, as well as a crew race to finish things off. Some boats found success early on playing shifts in the middle right side of the course, but overall the standard strategy of going left seemed to be the strongest.
Finishes were up and down for most boats, with five different boats securing first place finishes. We also had a three-way tie for third, with two of the boats having the exact same list of finishes. |
